Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been working as Assistant Teacher in a Basic School, District Dehradun. She was transferred in District Dehradun in the year 2009. He would submit that the cadre of the petitioner is District Cadre, but since her joining in District Dehradun, her name has not been included in the Seniority List, despite giving multiple representations. The last representation was given on 26.04.2025, Annexure No.11 to the writ petition. The relief no.2, which is claimed by the petitioner, is that the respondents may be
directed to decide the representations given by the petitioners. Learned State Counsel would submit that the representation dated 26.04.2025, Annexure No. 11 to the writ petition, will be decided by the respondents within a period of 8 weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to decide
the representation of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today.
