Mr.G.Ramapandian COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and also the respondent would submit that the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent had been settled in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 02.07.2026. It is further submitted that the petitioners totally paid a sum of Rs.23,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three lakhs) to the respondent and the same has been acknowledged by the respondent. It is also stated that the respondent agreed to file necessary memo in execution petitions pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai to remove the attachment over the property of the petitioners. It was also agreed that the respondent shall file necessary Out of Court Settlement memo in the execution petition pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai. The petitioners as well as the Managing Partner of the respondent firm R.Kathiresan are present before this Court. The parties are identified by the respective counsels.
