By the instant application, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that this Court, vide judgment dated 28.05.2025, dismissed WP(C) No. 1495/2022 with costs to the tune of ₹20,000/- imposed upon the petitioners, which were directed to be deposited with the Registry of this Court on or before 11.06.2025. However, the said amount has not been deposited till date, leading to the filing of the present application. 2. Mr. Arif Sikander, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is in the process of filing an appeal before the Division Bench of this Court against the aforesaid judgment dated 28.05.2025 and, therefore, seeks some more time to comply with the said judgment, subject to the outcome of the appeal or any interim orders passed therein. 3. Prayer is allowed. The petitioner is granted further time to comply with the judgment dated 28.05.2025, in case no interim relief is granted by the Division Bench. 4. List on 06.08.2025.
