Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioners by means of the present writ petition have prayed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.4/Additional Chief Officer, Zila Panchayat, Agra to consider and pass an appropriate order on the application of the petitioners dated 01.09.2024 with regard to removal of the unauthorized encroachment from the posts/shops in question and further ensure that the petitioners may be put in possession of their duly allotted shops within reasonable period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. ii. Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. iii. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioners." 3. Sri Indrasen Singh Tomar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 on instructions, which is taken on record, states that the steps have been taken to vacate the land on which shops allotted to the petitioners is proposed to be constructed, and thereafter shops allotted to the petitioners shall be constructed. He further states that the aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of two months. 4. Accordingly, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.4 on the basis of instructions, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondents to complete the aforesaid exercise within the period sought by the respondents.
