Petitioner is constrained to approach this Court seeking following relief :- “(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents Privilege (Rs.3,94,313), to pay the amount Leave of Encashment Gratuity (12,67,767.69) and Provident Fund (Rs.3,57,792.92) along with interest @ 12% due to the petitioner his on retirement from service of respondent company.” 2. Heard Sri Atul Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner and S/Sri Dinesh Kumar Rai and Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for respondents. 3. It is not disputed that petitioner got retired on 30.11.2024, however, till date aforesaid prayer is not considered. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submit that aforesaid grievance of petitioner will be addressed within a period of 8 weeks from today and in case of any legal impediment, the same will be communicated to petitioner. 5.
