Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive prayers:- “A. That the respondents may be directed to treat the petitioner as regular appointment against the post of TGT (Medical) w.e.f December 2002/January, 2003 and the respondents may further be directed to give the all consequential benefits retrospectively i.e. from December 2002/January, 2003 on which date the name of the petitioner was recommended for appointment on regular 2 basis on in the alternate they may be directed to give notional appointment to the petitioner on regular basis w.e.f December 2002/January 2003 and the benefit of the same be extended to the petitioner by Department of Fisheries being the employee of the State Government prior to 15.05.2003. B. That the respondents may further be directed to extend the benefits of the Old Pension Scheme (CCS Pension Rules, 1972) in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner and the reliefs prayed for by him have already been adjudicated in Satish Kumar & Ors Vs State of H.P & Anr2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondents/competent authority are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for the redressal of his grievances raised in this writ petition in light of above judgment. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 3. In view of above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider the case of the petitioner in light of aforesaid decision within a period 2 CWPOA No.3435/2020, decided on 27.11.2021 3 of six weeks from today. in accordance with law.
