This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Civil Judge (J.D.) / Fast Track Court (Crime against Women), Auraiya to decide the Case No.1167 of 2022 (Arunlata Vs. Satvir & another) under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Dibiyapur, District Auraiya expeditiously within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the case is pending since 2022, therefore, the court concerned may be directed to decide the case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the court concerned is directed to decide the case of the applicant described as above expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 5. Both the parties are strictly directed to assist the court in the disposal of the aforesaid case. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
