State Sugar Corporation Ltd., same is taken on record. 2. It is very fairly argued by Sri Naveen Sinha, learned Senior Counsel that there are short-comings in the prayer clause of the writ petition hence a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 3.
