This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II (I/c), Hazaribag in B.P. No. 38/2025 arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 05/2022 whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that a raid was conducted by the Police and several extremists were apprehended. The name of the appellant seems to have surfaced on account of the disclosure made by apprehended accused persons. The appellant is in custody since 10.01.2025. Though it has been submitted by learned Spl. P.P. that the appellant has got a criminal antecedent but regard being had to the manner of implication, we, while setting aside the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II (I/c), Hazaribag in B.P. No. 38/2025 arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 05/2022, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:JHHC:12025-DB ) -2- amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II (I/c), Hazaribag in B.P.
