for the petitioner.

***** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral)
Challenge in the present writ petiton is to the impugned communication letter/order dated 29.01.2025 and consequent denial of ACP and further promotion to the petitioner.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already submitted his representation dated 18.05.2025 (Annexure P-6) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2-the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Development and Panchayat Haryana is directed to consider and decide the representation dated VISHAL SHARMA 2025.07.25 12:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
