However, there has not been full compliance insofar as the requisite number has not been assigned by the data centre. This ought to have been done prior to today as the matter has been listed as a final opportunity. Hence, token cost of an amount of Rs.1000/- is imposed on the State payable to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority prior to the next date of hearing. 2.
