(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to step up the pay and consequential benefit to the petitioner at par with junior Sh. Rajinder Singh. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent -authorities are directed to consider the case of the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.
