1. Quashing of order dated 09.04.2025 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Baramulla (for short “Appellate Court”), whereby while issuing notice to other side, record of Sub Judge, Uri (for short
“Trial Court”) was called and order of Trial Court was stayed.
2. The impugned order is subject to objections and till next date of hearing, however, the petitioner instead of filing the objections to the interim application for vacation of interim order, has filed this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
3. In the above backdrop, this petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to file objections to the interim application filed alongside appeal before the Appellate court, who shall consider and decide it expeditiously.
