Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical) at Government Middle School Keoli under complex Government Secondary School Thunag, District Mandi. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is serving at this station ever since the year 2018. His representation dated 24.11.2024 (Annexure P-3) seeking transfer from the present place has not been considered. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if case he is permitted to submit a fresh representation seeking transfer from the present place of posting, whereafter, the competent authority/respondent may be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a time-bound schedule. 4. Looking into the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, the petitioner is permitted to prefer a representation within two weeks from today. In case, such representation is so preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within further period of next four weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
