The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail in case FIR No.142 dated 20.06.2025 registered under Sections 21, 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.07.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
