An affidavit is filed on behalf of the sole contemnor, wherein it is Page No.# 2/2 mentioned that pursuant to the direction given by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2021 in PIL No.19/2021, preliminary enquiries were instituted against the erring officials which resulted into regular enquiries and the same are going on. Having gone through the contents of the affidavit filed on behalf of the sole contemnor, we are of the view that the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court in PIL No.19/2021 is substantially complied with.
