Challenge in the present petition is to the result dated 14.07.2024 whereby the petitioner has not been selected for Group-D post despite securing higher marks than last selected candidate in the General Category against Advt. No.4/2018 under ESP(G) Quota. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that with regard to the grievance, the petitioner(s) has already submitted a representation dated 12.12.2024 (Annexure P-9) but the respondent has not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner(s) would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2- Chairman, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, is directed to consider and decide the said representation, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.
