SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 14.11.2024 made in W.P(MD)No. 9695 of 2017. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated the petitioner had no knowledge of the order passed in the writ petition.
