Veena Ahuja and Others in FIR No. 0160 dated 12.11.2022 registered under Sections 420, 448, 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Jodhewal District Ludhiana, whereby the discharge application filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to challenge the impugned order before the Court of Sessions at the first instance.
