SAKTHIVEL, J These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 160 days respectively in filing the Writ Appeals against the order dated 13.08.2024 made in W.P(MD)Nos.19381 & 19382 of 2024. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the petitioner is the third party to the writ petition and he was not aware of the orders passed and only when knowledge about the order of the learned Single Judge, steps had been taken by him. 3.Notice had been ordered and duly served. However, leave had been granted by the co-ordinate Division Bench, on 04.04.2025. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and these petitions are allowed.
