SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 09.07.2024 made in W.P(MD)No. 19040 of 2023. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the petitioner is suffering from health ailments and was unable to file the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. It is further stated that he had to consult the villagers concerned before preferring the appeal. According to the petitioner, owing to these circumstances, there occurred a delay in filing the appeal. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served.
