The petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent No.3 i.e. Sub -Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj to decide her representation dated 12.07.2025, where she has raised a dispute regarding rasta. 2. It is not disputed that the petitioner has already instituted Original Suit No.1933 of 2025 against certain private persons on 19.07.2025, and in which no ad-interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner so far, and last date fixed was 20.08.2025 3. As the petitioner has already availed the remedy of civil suit, therefore, we find no good ground to direct the Executive Authorities to examine the dispute on the administrative side. 4.
