JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that in terms of Annexure-C dated 29.05.1965, the Tahsildar, Chintamani Taluk communicated to the Assistant Commissioner, Chikkaballapur District that the names of persons shown therein can be granted four acres of land each in Sy.No.130 of Vaddahalli village, Chinthamani Taluk, and the name of petitioner's father, late Lakshmaiah is found in the said communication. However, no orders were passed by the Committee for Regularization in favour of the petitioner's father. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33545 WP No. 15046 of 2025 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar matter in W.P.No.22270/2023, this Court by order dated 06.10.2023 directed the Authorities to consider the pending applications of the farmers for its regularization within the time stipulated. However, the Committee was not formed as on date of the order of this Court. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits on instructions that the committee for regularization of unauthorised occupation has been formed and the application of the petitioner will be placed before the committee. 5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Chintamani Taluk, to place the application of the petitioner before the Committee along with his recommendation as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33545 WP No. 15046 of 2025 The Committee shall thereafter consider the application and pass necessary orders within a period of two months from the date when the application would be placed before the Committee.
