It is the contention of the petitioner that he has filed an application in Form No.57 seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of 03 acres of land in Sy.No.111 of Ippadi Village, Huthridurga Hobli, Kunigal Taluk, Tumkur District, as per Annexure-B dated 20.12.2018 and though the Taluka Surveyor has furnished a report along with sketch and mahazar showing the occupation of the petitioner, nevertheless, the Tahsildar has not placed the application before the Committee and the Committee has not yet considered the application till date. Therefore, the prayer in the petition is to direct the respondents to consider the said application, needless to observe that till consideration of the application, the possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Kunigal Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether such an application filed by the petitioner on 20.12.2018 is pending consideration. If it is found that such an application was - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35039 WP No. 23269 of 2024 indeed filed by the petitioner and the application is yet to be considered, the Tahsildar is directed to place before respondent No.5-Committee, the application along with his recommendation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, respondent No.5-Committee shall consider the application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months thereafter and pass necessary orders.
