The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. ISSUE a writ or order in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 26.08.2024 at Annexure-D, D1 And D2; ii. AND also grant any other order reliefs or direction as deemed just and proper in the facts, circumstances and probabilities of the case and the same may kindly be considered in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A perusal of representation at Annexures-D series indicates that there are allegations which have been made as regards the dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.4 and 5. If there are any such disputes, petitioner would have to initiate such proceedings as may be advised. 4. Insofar as the other grievance of the petitioner that phodi and durasti has not been carried out, it is always available for the petitioner to file necessary applications online seeking for the same, which, if so filed, would have to be considered by respondent No.5 in accordance with law. 5.
