The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to sanction him Arms license of SBBL 12 Bore Gunb No.B/423414- 1993 and license No.223/P.S. Nago Faizabad to the petitioner on account of family heir loom in pursuant application dated 25.11.2024." 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions dated 04.08.2025 has placed before this Court. The same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that the matter is under consideration and necessary order will be passed under the order expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, with the consent of the parties, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-District Collector Prayagraj to pass appropriate orders to the application of the petitioner, most expeditiously and preferably, within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
