This matter has been listed today under the caption ‘For dismissal’. Both sides present and submits that already a compromise has been entered between the parties and the respondent has also filed a counter dated 02.01.2026 in this petition stating that the respondent has got no objection in allowing this petition and that the petitioner shall be appointed as guardian of the minor child. 3. However, it is seen from the records that the application filed to grant the applicant/petitioner as interim custody of the minor child Atharvaa Eswar, who is 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis O.P.No.418 of 2025 now under custody, alone was disposed of by order dated 09.01.2026, recording the aforesaid facts and counter and this petition was kept pending without passing any order. 4.
