Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bharno P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Mrs. Nirmala Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gumla. In the night of 11.12.2024, unknown thieves committed theft of 4.5 K.M. of electric wire from Bantoli feeder. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended on his confession electric wire were recovered. Criminal antecedent report earlier called for, has been received, it appears that petitioner is accused in as many as 16 cases. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
