1. The matter is taken up out of turn on mention.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he seeks the withdrawal of the main petition. A separate application bearing CM No. 1812/2026, supported with an affidavit has also been filed to that effect. On the grounds mentioned in the application coupled with the submissions made at the bar, same is allowed and as a consequence the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the all miscellaneous application(s).
3. The interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
