(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.481 of 2023, dated 27.06.2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Jwalapur, District Haridwar. She has sought her release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
