Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Mr. Gorakh Nath Mourya, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there has been illegal increase of load on petitioner's electric connection with result of increased rate of electricity charges. In that regard, his client made representation dated 18th October, 2023 to respondent no.4. He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider the representation and further direction restraining disconnection. 2. Mr. Anubhav Chandra, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Sri Akash Ojha, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 5 and 6 (the supply company). He submits, the representation stands addressed to respondent no.4, a separate entity. On query he submits, on direction made respondent no.6 will consider the representation. 3. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and her fresh representation to respondent no.6 by 25th August, 2025. Said respondent will expeditiously consider the representation and inform result thereof to petitioner. Till two weeks after result of the consideration is so informed, petitioner's electric connection must not be interfered with. In event said respondent finds petitioner is entitled to relief, it be directed accordingly. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
