The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Court of Civil Judge, Sr, Di, Allahabad to decide the Suit No. 700 of 2009 pending it since 2009 within a fixed time frame." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Matters Under Article 227 No. 1257 of 2021, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 23.02.2021. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
