Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record the written instructions and would submit that respondent Police investigated into the matter and found that there are land disputes pending between the parties, which is purely civil in nature. Further, in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 12.03.2020, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
