This is an application filed on behalf of the Petitioner-Smt. Savitri under Section 528 of BNSS inter alia seeking issuance of directions for production of medical records of the father - Sh. Shishupal. 5. This Court on 24th January, 2025 had a detailed meeting in chamber with the parties concerned when Sh. Shishupal stated that he is presently living with his other sons and he does not wish to live with his wife and his This is a digitally signed order. Shishupal that this court had not interfered in the matter but had instead referred the matter for Mediation in order to enable resolution of the disputes. However, today, it is submitted by learned Counsel that the mediation has failed. In fact, the court had taken notice of the fact that Sh. Shishupal was clear in his thoughts and was quiet cogent in his speech. He expressed his thoughts quiet clearly to the Court. 6. Today, the present application seeks production of the medical records, which primarily relate to a period prior to the order dated 24th January, 2025. There are apprehensions expressed about continued administration of medicines to him. If the Petitioners so wish, they are free to appear again before the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre (DHCMC). The DHCMC would issue notice to the Respondents and call them for a meeting as part of the mediation proceedings. The medical records may be perused by the ld. Mediator in the presence of the parties concerned. 7. List before the DHCMC on 10th March, 2025 at 03:00 PM. 8. A copy of this order be communicated to DHCMC. 9.
