Case No. 644 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Banka. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks and seek regular bail. 4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits preferably Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79901 of 2024(4) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order and the learned Court below would also take into consideration that the other similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted the privilege of bail by the learned Court below as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
