Even today, a similar request is sought for. However, this Court is not inclined to grant any further extension. Accordingly this application is disposed of by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner once the vehicle is located. While considering the fresh application, this Court will consider appointing the very same 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Arb. Appln. No.518 of 2024 Advocate Commissioner, who was appointed earlier by this Court in this application.
