JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR MOHAPATRA ORDER 19.01.2026 Order No. 03. I.A. No.206 of 2025 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. It is pointed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that by the time the order dated 16.12.2025 was passed, the accused persons have already released on bail. Therefore the direction contained in para-9 of order dated 16.12.2025 has become redundant. 3. In such view of the matter, the last three lines of Paragraph-8 of order dated 16.12.2025 starting from “Further, the learned counsel for the Petitioners prayed that the Petitioners, who are in custody, be enlarged on bail in view of the subsequent Page 2 of 2. development” be deleted from the order dated 16.12.2025. 4. Further, a new sentence be added in Paragraph-9 to the CRLMC application to the following effect; In the event the Petitioners shall makes an application before the learned trial Court in the change scenario within two weeks’ from today, learned trial court shall do well to consider such application within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.
