This criminal misc. application is filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. by the Applicant for quashing of the F.I.R. No. 327 of 2022 dated 16.09.2022 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC, P.S. Doiwala, District Dehradun and final form/report (charge sheet) no.01 dated 13.01.2023 under Sections 420 & 120B of IPC and further proceedings of Criminal Case No.132 of 2023 (CNR No.: UKDD0F0004452023) titled as “State vs. Abhishek Lodhi”, pending in the court of learned CJM, Doiwala, District Dehradun in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 5. Along with C-528 application, a compounding application has been signed by the parties and has been filed, which is duly supported by separate affidavits of applicant and private respondent no.2. Applicant, Abhishek Lodhi and respondent no.2, Sunil Dutt Sharma are present before this Court, who are identified by their 2025:UHC:5472 respective counsel. 6. Learned counsel for the parties have filed their respective affidavits along with the Compounding Application stating therein that they have settled their dispute and further since the respondent no.2/complainant is not intending to continue with the present case, therefore, the proceedings initiating out of the F.I.R. in question may be quashed. The learned State counsel poses his formal objection in this regard. 7. In view of the above, Compounding Application (IA No.01 of 2025) is allowed. As a consequence thereof, the F.I.R. No. 327 of 2022 dated 16.09.2022 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC, P.S. Doiwala, District Dehradun and final form/report (charge sheet) no.01 dated 13.01.2023 under Sections 420 & 120B of IPC and further proceedings of Criminal Case No.132 of 2023 (CNR No.: UKDD0F0004452023) titled as “State vs. Abhishek Lodhi”, pending in the court of learned CJM, Doiwala, District Dehradun are hereby quashed. 8.
