THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED.
CONCILIATION ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - KSRTC and respondent are present.
2. The parties have reported settlement and have filed a Joint Memo, which reads as under:-
"The WP is filed against the award in ID No.124/2016 dated 9.9.2023 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under:
1. Reduction of two increments is restored without arrears from the date of punishment to till settlement.
2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms.
3 The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of conciliators on this 12.07.2025 at Bengaluru Bench".
3. The respondent-workmen is personally present. The original office ID has been examined which has Sl.No.R-12 Token No.0033. A copy thereof is also placed on the file. The verification needed to be made since there is no representation by a counsel.
4. In that view of the matter, subject to above compliance, the Joint memo is accepted.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo.
