Issue an order, direction or writ quashing the order passed by the First Respondent in dated 27.5.2024 which is ANNEXURE "G" in- MYSAC- MAG/SRCZ/65/2023 impugned in this petition and the said orders be setaside in this petition by grant of a Writ of Certiorari. 2. Grant any other such order and further reliefs to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case 2. Both the counsel submit that if the matter could be referred to mediation there is possibility of an amicable settlement being arrived at. 3. The petitioner and respondent No.2 residing in Mysore, I am of the considered opinion that the Member Secretary, District Legal Service Authority could be directed to appoint a suitable mediator to mediate the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.2. The Member Secretary, District Legal Service Authority, Mysuru is directed to appoint a suitable mediator to mediate the disputes between the parties. iii. Since the order is passed in the presence of both the counsel, the party shall remain present before The Member Secretary, District Legal Service Authority, Mysuru on 15.12.2025 at 2:30 P.M. iv. Re-list on 29.01.2026 to ascertain the progress in mediation. v. Needless to say, that if the mediation is progressing positively, the file need not be sent back to this Court.
