This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the proceeding of case no. 461 of 2025 (Land Management Committee Vs. Shiv Kumar and others) under section 198(4) of U.P.Z.A.& L.R. Act and also the impugned notices dated 6.5.2025 (Annexure no.1 to the writ petition) issued to the petitioners nos. 1 & 2 by respondent no.2, District Magistrate/Collector Auraiya." Learned counsel for petitioners claim that this is a third round of litigation and notice for cancelling the allotment so made has been issued against petitioners. Petitioners counsel contends that matter relating to cancellation of lease is still pending consideration before this Court and an interim order is operating. The revenue authorities have again issued notice against them. This Court finds that once the matter is pending consideration before this Court, petitioner has remedy of getting his writ petition amended and challenge the said notice in the said pending writ petition. No second writ petition is to be entertained as the matter is already subjudice before this Court. Writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to move amendment application.
