The following prayer has been made in the writ petition:- "issue an appropriate order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 2 and 3 for take appropriate action against the respondent no. 4 to 6 in the light of the complaint dated 18.7.2025 (Annexure no. 1)." 2. Case of the petitioner is that there was certain property which belonged to his mother, respondent no. 7, and taking advantage of her old age, her sister, respondent no. 8, got registered a gift deed in her favour ostensibly by their mother. It is admitted that the petitioner has filed civil suit against respondents no. 7 and 8 and during its pendency, present petition has been filed seeking direction to the executive authorities to decide the representation. 3. Once the civil suit has already been instituted, filing of present petition on vague assertions without waiting for the outcome of the suit amounts to gross abuse of process of law. 4.
