2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354A, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.
3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted farsa blow twice on the head of the informant, who suffered injury.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. There is land dispute between the parties and one case disclosed in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, is between the same parties. He has further submitted that though there is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77628 of 2024(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 allegation of inflicting farsa blow twice but only one grievous injury is found on the fronto-parietal region of the head of the informant, caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is under custody for seven months.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the informant has suffered grievous injury, caused by the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the prolonged period of incarceration of seven months, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
