(MD) No.2210 of 2025. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, subsequent to the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition, the respondents filed Rev.Aplw.(MD)No.14 of 2026 seeking modification of the said order. It is further submitted that this Court, by order dated 21.04.2026, disposed of the said Review Application. The relevant portion of the order reads as follows: ''3.In view of the above submission, the direction issued by this Court in W.P(MD).No.2210 of 2025 by order dated 28.01.2025 alone is hereby recalled. However, it is clarified that the subject land comprised in Survey No.437/2A1, to an extent of 2 cents (0.02 acre) situated at Neduvayal Village, Shenkottai Taluk, Tenkasi District, is classified as Government Land. If it is re-classified as a ‘natham land’ by the Special Tahsildar (Adi Dravidar Welfare), Tenkasi, the respondent can very well present the sale deed in respect of the subject property for registration before the 2nd petitioner. If it is re-classified and any sale deed presented for registration, the 2nd respondent is directed to register the sale deed in accordance with law. 4.With the above modification, the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.2210 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 is clarified. Accordingly, the Review Application is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to re-present the document in the event of reclassification of the land.
