Kenajit, learned counsel, appears for the Loktak Development Authority; Mr. N. Gautam appears on behalf of Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC, appears on behalf of the Union of India. [2] Mr. M. Rarry, learned senior counsel seeks 1 (one) week time to file reply to the report submitted by the Amicus Curiae. [3] In the report submitted by the Amicus Curiae, it is seen that the local body, namely, the Moirang Municipal Council, Moirang dumped the waste materials in the proposed site of the construction of resort and therefore, they are violating the interim order passed by this Court.
