ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The petitioners is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to transfer of Khata into the name of the petitioners, as the land in question stands in the name of the father of the petitioners - Habib Khan, who is no more.
3. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is
directed to consider the representation at Annexure-A at the earliest within a period of three months from the receipt of a certified copy of this order.

4. Since the representation (Annexure-A) is of the year 2018, it is open for the petitioners to make one more representation to respondent No.2 along with the relevant documents. If such representation is filed within two weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order, the same shall be considered by respondent No.2 within an outer limit of three months in accordance with law. Thereafter, the outcome of the same shall be made known to the petitioners.
5. Accordingly, with this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
