The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 274, 275, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 140 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from an orchard. Petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion.
