The petitioner Trust has applied with the respondents for grant of permission for holding free Medical Camp at Baltal (Sonmarg) for the Yatris of Shri Amarnathji Shrine, during the period of Yatra, commencing from 3rd of July, 2025 to 9th of August, 2025, and Officer Incharge (Yatra) Health Services, Kashmir vide communication dated 26.06.2025, has sought instructions from respondent No. 4 as to whether the officer Incharge (Yatra) Health Services, Kashmir may issue NOC/recommendation for granting such permission or not. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner by drawing the attention of this Court towards the communication dated 14.03.2025, submits that the respondent No. 3 was himself competent to grant such permission, but despite that NOC is being sought from the respondent No. 2. Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 03. Learned counsel further submits that the present petition be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for holding free Medical Camp at Baltal (sonmarg) during the period of Yatra. 04. In view of innocuous prayer made by Mr. Numan, learned GA, appearing vice Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Sr. AAG, appearing for respondents 1 and 3 has submitted that the claim of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law. 05. In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for holding free Medical Camp at Baltal (Sonmarg) for the Yatris of Shri Amarnathji Shrine, during the Yatra period. The matter being time sensitive, the respondents shall consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three days from the date of receipt of this order. 06.
