The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 15(c), 17(c), 18(b) and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Latehar. 3. On 10.01.2024, at about 11:00 noon Bariyatu Police on the basis of confidential information destructed poppy cultivation from a place near Jawabar, Ranidah Forest Area. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confidential information given by unknown persons. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Latehar in connection with Bariyatu P.S.
