By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged First Information Report No. 0088 of 2024 dated 12.05.2024, registered under Section 420 I.P.C. at Police Station Rajpur, District Dehradun. 5. Learned State Counsel would submit that the petitioners have already moved an anticipatory bail application, in which interim protection from arrest has been granted to them. 6. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 7. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 8.
